Self Discipline Sheet  
Our first priority is safety and teaching the responsibility that comes with knowing a powerful martial skill, but there’s no doubt that what we teach can be used for self-defense purposes. Hopefully you’ll never need them; unfortunately, we do live in a society where physical threats from other humans – sometimes minor and sometimes more serious – do occur from time to time. Knowing how to fend off a larger attacker is a priceless life skill to have if it’s ever needed. And knowing you have it lends a sense of self-assurances to your every moment in this volatile world.

Practice Sheet 
This sheet is a tool to help give accountability to your children with practicing their martial arts daily. Practice at home for 2.5 minutes and you and your parent initial and date one mark each day. Bring you card to class when you have 10 marks you will receive a practice stripe.

Healthy Habit Sheet  
This sheet is a tool to help give accountability to your children with daily healthy eating habits. Each time you choose healthy habits for foods, rest and exercise without being asked, write down what you did instead of the bad habit.

Book Club Sheet  
This sheet is a tool to help give accountability to your children with daily reading. Read at home or have someone read to you for 6 minutes and have your parent initial and date one mark each day. Bring you card to class when you have 10 marks you will receive a reading stripe. Your parents will write notes on the back of this card. When you complete the card you will receive a Book Club Award at your next graduation.
