MARTIAL ARTS FOR TEENS/ADULTS
Martial Arts training is a fun and fulfilling workout. Our students really appreciate the differences between martial arts training and standard exercise programs. Not only are our workouts a great way to get in shape and relieve stress, but our classroom practice sessions give you confidence and the ability to protect yourself and loved ones.

Teen Class (12-16 yrs)
A fast paced, invigorating, and highly motivating Teen Program teaching teenagers CONFIDENCE through: self-discipline, self-control, self-defense, and mutual respect.

Adult Martial Arts
This program is specifically geared towards adults divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Classes. Terrific way to: Get in Shape / Weight Control, Relieve Stress, Build Confidence, Learn Life-Time Self-Defense Skills, and Have Fun!

Self Defense Class
Specialized self-protection program that teaches how to defend against an assailant of any size through effective drills and scenarios designed to help you overcome the uncomfortable feelings and fear that can mark you as an easy target for attack.
