MARTIAL ARTS FOR CHILDREN
Our children programs will help channel your kids energy in a productive manner! Our programs are proven to increase our confidence, discipline, motor coordination and character development – while having fun at the same time!
Martial Arts training is a fun and fulfilling workout for adults. Our adult students really appreciate the differences between martial arts training and standard exercise programs. Not only are our workouts a great way to get in shape and relieve stress, but our classroom practice sessions give you confidence and the ability to protect yourself and loved ones.

Specialized self-protection program that teaches how to defend against an assailant of any size through effective drills and scenarios designed to help you overcome the uncomfortable feelings and fear that can mark you as an easy target for attack.

Spend the spring break with us here at KTMA. Your child will learn tumbling, kicking, combinations of both, forms, sparring (point and TKD), self defense, breaking, weapons, breathing, and meditation. Emphasis is placed on mental and physical training.
